How we build

Every app goes through the same three disciplines, so what you see on its site is what actually exists.

A plan with proof

Each build is tracked as a phasedoc: a task tree where every leaf carries a runnable acceptance test and is ticked only after that test has run. Progress reads below 100% while work is open, on purpose.

A public story

Each app ships with a betadoc: the problem, the product, the architecture, a roadmap, and a feature matrix generated from the build tracker, so the site cannot claim more than the tracker shows.

A demo you can drive

Every product runs live behind a gate on its own subdomain. You request access, receive a login by email, and use the real thing on synthetic data.
